7. Data protection provisions on the use and application of YouTube
The controller has integrated YouTube components on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them, also free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all kinds of videos, which is why complete film and television programmes, but also music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the internet portal.
The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website operated by the data controller is called up and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically caused by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information on YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. Within the scope of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google receive information about which specific sub-page of my website is visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognises which specific sub-page of my website the data subject is visiting by calling up a sub-page that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.
YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that the data subject has visited my website if the data subject is logged into YouTube at the same time as calling up my website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, he or she can prevent the transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before accessing my website.
The data protection provisions published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
8. Legitimate interests in processing pursued by the controller or a third party
Art. 6 I lit. a DS-GVO serves Alster Ergo-Cup as the legal basis for processing operations in which I obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. The legal basis for the remaining data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. My legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection outlined in each case. In no case will I use the data to draw conclusions about you.
9. Duration for which the personal data is stored
The collected personal data will be deleted as soon as one of the conditions mentioned in § 17 para. 1 lit a-f DS-GVO is met or you have exercised your right to deletion.
10. legal or contractual provisions for the provision of personal data; necessity for the conclusion of the contract; obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of non-provision
I would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is sometimes required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes, in order to conclude a contract, it may be necessary for a data subject to provide me with personal data that subsequently has to be processed by me. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide me with personal data if the Alster Ergo-Cup concludes a contract with him or her. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before providing personal data by the data subject, the data subject must contact the Alster Ergo-Cup. I will inform the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or by contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and what the consequences of not providing the personal data would be. 11.

The Alster Ergo Cup is responsible. Therefore, it does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

The organiser is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage, provided that no essential contractual obligations are affected. Further claims are excluded. This applies to the same extent in favour of legal representatives, employees and other vicarious agents. The aforementioned exclusions do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health.
The organiser is not liable for damage caused to you when using your own equipment or for accidents caused by yourself.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
